Kem One Group Announces Leadership Transition

Kem One Group today announced a leadership transition. Frédéric Chalmin will depart after eight years in the role of Chief Executive Officer. The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Laurent Lenoir, has accepted to serve as interim Chief Executive Officer while the Board undertakes a formal CEO search process to identify a permanent successor.
