Employee safety and well-being
Acting for a safe and caring place for our employees and partners
Kem One considers safety to be an inherent part of its business. At each of our sites, prevention, training and safety improvement initiatives are carried out on a daily basis as part of our safety policy. It goes hand in hand with a commitment to caring for everyone, embracing diversity and working towards gender equality.
In 2024, Kem One joins the 4,500 signatories of the "Charte de la diversité" (Diversity Charter), a proactive approach that goes beyond the legal framework to promote diversity, fight discrimination and promote equal opportunities.
