It goes hand in hand with a commitment to caring for everyone, embracing diversity and working towards gender equality.

In 2024, Kem One joins the 4,500 signatories of the "Charte de la diversité" (Diversity Charter), a proactive approach that goes beyond the legal framework to promote diversity, fight discrimination and promote equal opportunities.

  • Training our employees in CSR issues through our ‘Kem One Climate Academy’ programme and by giving them CSR objectives.
  • Dedicating 20% of our research efforts to breakthrough innovation to improve the environmental footprint of our products and processes.
  • Aiming for professional equality and maintaining the gender equality index at over 90/100.
  • Adopting an ambitious HR policy that includes diversity, inclusion, parenthood, quality of life and working conditions, and employee benefits.
