The whistleblowing system
The whistleblowing system set up within Kem One Group makes it possible to report any crime or offence, any behaviour or situation likely to constitute a breach of the law or to harm the public interest in the context of its activities.
The Kem One Group has set up a whistleblowing system designed to provide a framework for reporting unethical and illegal situations internally.
This alert system complies with the provisions of the Sapin II Act, as amended by the Waserman Act of 21 March 2022.
It incorporates a whistleblowing level as part of the general protection for whistleblowers (referred to in the attached document as "Type 2 Alert").
It is used to report any crime or offence, any threat or prejudice to the public interest, any breach of law or regulation, European Union law, an international commitment or any act of an international organisation taken on the basis of such a commitment.
This alert level is open to :
- any current or former Kem One employee,
- anyone who has applied for employment with Kem One,
- any shareholder or partner, any member of the administrative, management or supervisory bodies of Kem One
- any external employee, as well as any employee and member of the administrative, management and supervisory bodies of Kem One's co-contractors and their sub-contractors.
This alert may only be exercised by natural persons and exclusively to report information obtained in the course of their professional activity.
The Kem One Ethics Referent and the Compliance Committee are at the heart of this system. They are responsible for handling and investigating whistle-blowing cases, in strict compliance with the rights of whistle-blowers.
Kem One employees and external partners may contact them directly, in accordance with the procedures set out in the documents below.
