Involving our stakeholders in our CSR approach is essential for maximising Kem One’s positive impact, co-creating value and strengthening our links with our partners, as well as supporting all the efforts of the communities around us. Kem One is involved in professional organisations across the value chain of its entire product range.
Kem One is a signatory of the European Chemical Responsible Care charter (to download below) and joined the United Nations Global Compact in 2024.
In 2024, Kem One was awarded an Ecovadis Platinum medal for its CSR performance, with a score of 81/100 (+ 4 points compared to 2023), placing it among the top 1% of companies worldwide.

Kem One is committed to ensuring that the practices of its employees comply with the law and with the company’s values of ethics and transparency.
Kem One has drawn up a code of conduct that defines the rules to be followed in its activities, in order to ensure that practices comply with the law and the company’s values of ethics and transparency.
The fight against corruption is a major issue for Kem One, and one that gives rise to special awareness-raising among our employees to ensure the implementation of good practices on a daily basis and in our interactions with our stakeholders.
