KEM ONE ANNOUCES APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CEO
27/08/25Kem One today announces that Paolo Barbieri is stepping down and is being replaced with an interim Chief Executive Officer. Kem One would like to thank Mr. Barbieri for his two and a half years’ service and wish him well in his future endeavours.
Kem One is pleased to announce that the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Laurent Lenoir, has accepted to serve as interim Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1st, 2025, while the Board undertakes a formal CEO search process to identify a permanent successor. Updates on the process will be provided in due course.
Mr. Lenoir brings extensive experience leading Kem One having previously served as interim Chief Executive Officer in 2022. He has over three decades’ experience in industrials and chemicals, previously serving as CEO of global companies Taminco and Aliaxis.
