Gender Equality Index 2025 (based on 2024 data)

Kem One achieved a score of 93/100 for the year 2024.
This result reflects the company’s commitment to promoting professional equality within its teams.

“We work in a sector historically perceived as male-dominated. As a company, we have a responsibility to support the feminization of our positions, to drive changes in mindset, and to showcase our initiatives. Together, let’s make a difference: report and reject sexist behavior, and turn our convictions into reality rather than just a vision,” said Jean-Michel du CREST, HR Director of Kem One.

Declaration on gender representation gaps in management positions for 2025 (based on 2024 data):

  • Gender representation gap among senior executives: 25% women / 75% men

In 2020, together with all trade unions, Kem One signed a new agreement to promote professional equality between women and men, structured around the following key areas:

  • Continue enforcing a non-discrimination policy in recruitment and throughout career paths,
  • Strengthen women’s presence in senior management positions,
  • Ensure pay equity,
  • Ensure equal opportunities in career development,
  • Continue supporting parenthood in the workplace and balancing professional and family responsibilities,
  • Combat sexual harassment and sexist behavior,
  • Promote changes in attitudes and practices through awareness-raising and communication initiatives.

The agreement specifically provides for:

  • Maintaining an annual salary budget to reduce pay gaps,
  • Paying particular attention when awarding promotions and individual raises,
  • Continuing the feminization of technical and production roles, beyond those currently held by engineers and managers.
