Gender Equality Index 2025 (based on 2024 data)

Kem One achieved a score of 93/100 for the year 2024.
This result reflects the company’s commitment to promoting professional equality within its teams.
“We work in a sector historically perceived as male-dominated. As a company, we have a responsibility to support the feminization of our positions, to drive changes in mindset, and to showcase our initiatives. Declaration on gender representation gaps in management positions for 2025 (based on 2024 data):
- Gender representation gap among senior executives: 25% women / 75% men
In 2020, together with all trade unions, Kem One signed a new agreement to promote professional equality between women and men, structured around the following key areas:
- Continue enforcing a non-discrimination policy in recruitment and throughout career paths,
- Strengthen women’s presence in senior management positions,
- Ensure pay equity,
- Ensure equal opportunities in career development,
- Continue supporting parenthood in the workplace and balancing professional and family responsibilities,
- Combat sexual harassment and sexist behavior,
- Promote changes in attitudes and practices through awareness-raising and communication initiatives.
The agreement specifically provides for:
- Maintaining an annual salary budget to reduce pay gaps,
- Paying particular attention when awarding promotions and individual raises,
- Continuing the feminization of technical and production roles, beyond those currently held by engineers and managers.
