Kem One is a signatory of the European Chemical Responsible Care charter and joined the United Nations Global Compact in 2024.
In 2024, Kem One was awarded an Ecovadis Platinum medal for its CSR performance, with a score of 81/100 (+4 points compared to 2023), placing it among the top 1% of companies worldwide.

As a member of ECVM, the European Council of PVC Manufacturers, Kem One is an active participant in VinylPlus®, the European PVC industry’s commitment to sustainable development, the aim of which is to improve the lifespan and recycling of PVC products and their contribution to a sustainable society

To this end, KEM ONE has implemented several tools and procedures that define the rules to be followed in our professional activities, ensuring compliance with the law as well as the company’s values of ethics and transparency, such as: the establishment of a Group-level Compliance Committee, the adoption of an ethical code of conduct , a competition law compliance guide, employee awareness and training modules on these topics, approval procedures for donations, sponsorships and partnerships, as well as employee participation in professional associations, and a whistleblowing system.
